At SKA we are trying to put up a Team of people that realizes Design as the core for its formation. From this core are to be drawn people who contribute to other aspects of the practice. The studio requires people at varying levels of skills & experience. The Studio acts as an arena for the development & enhancements of the skills of its people & therefore of itself. The hierarchy is established by a loose structuring at entry level, & that is enforceable by individual capabilities alone.

At the Entry level the work experience is studio based. The Studio is an invigorating forum of learning through drawing, discussion & Contact. The basic studio work being Team based, The team organization is flexible to allow interaction. The Entry level is sought to provide the base for further responsibilities within the practice.
