The Scheme is disposed on a linear plot of
about 9000 Sq.Mt. in the Residential Suburbs
of Lucknow, the programme consists of 93
dwelling units of two bedroom& three
bedroom type each. The Architectural design
makes use of the programme by varying the
design & type of units, along the vertical
section, so as to create variety, advantage &
architectural quality. Organized as a two to a
core design, the layout is along the linear
central Greens, creating a street face & a
garden face, to the apartments.
